1. Provider and common framework
These terms govern use of FORCEFORE websites, accounts, games and associated services provided by FORCEFORE SRL, BE1002.643.270, Avenue de Maire 44, 7500 Tournai, Belgium. Contact https://forcefore.com/support or contact@forcefore.com. They provide a common framework; the relevant game’s Agreements describe its licence and particular features.
The privacy policy explains personal-data processing. Sales and refund policies govern the relevant transactions, and community rules govern participation. Recruitment has its own portal terms. Read the documents relevant to the function you use. A feature-specific provision applies to its subject while mandatory legal protections remain applicable. A privacy acknowledgement is not blanket consent to optional processing.
2. Eligibility and minors
A FORCEFORE account is available from age 13. Game eligibility, store ratings, parental authorisation and restrictions on particular functions are separate matters described in the relevant Agreements. An eligible child must not falsify age to obtain an account or access a restricted function.
You must have the legal capacity or authorisation required for an action, especially a purchase. A parent or legal representative can contact support about a child’s account or data. Verification may be necessary to protect the child and avoid disclosure or account transfer to an unauthorised person.
3. Accounts and accurate information
Provide information that is accurate for the requested function and update material changes using available controls or support. Choose an appropriate public name and avoid including private contact details. Account features, visible information and linked-service permissions depend on the choices offered.
Protect your password, email account, recovery methods, one-time codes and sign-in links. Do not sell, rent or transfer access outside an expressly authorised function. Report suspected compromise promptly. We may verify ownership before restoring access; a display name alone may be insufficient. Responsibility for credentials does not remove our own security duties.
4. Permitted use
Use the services lawfully and respect other users, staff and intellectual-property rights. Do not impersonate others, commit fraud, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation or use services to threaten, harass or exploit people. Community rules provide more detailed standards and reporting routes.
Do not bypass access, payment or security controls, extract personal data without authority or exploit a flaw to obtain an unfair benefit. Built-in automation and legitimate accessibility assistance are not prohibited simply because they reduce manual effort. Particular fair-play restrictions belong to the relevant game’s rules and must respect mandatory legal exceptions.
5. Availability and technical requirements
Some functions require a compatible device, network, application or third-party account. Check the requirements presented for a product. We may maintain, correct or protect the service and temporarily interrupt affected functions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
Where a digital product or service is supplied under a consumer contract, applicable conformity and update obligations remain. A technical limitation cannot be used to exclude mandatory remedies. Contact support with relevant symptoms and references if an interruption affects access or an entitlement.
6. Intellectual property and contributions
The software, visual materials, branding, text and other protected elements remain owned by their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer their intellectual property. Use is permitted within the relevant licence, an express authorisation or a legal exception. Do not suggest an official partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. To operate a feature you choose, you authorise the hosting, technical copying, formatting and display necessary to provide that feature to the intended audience. This limited operational permission does not transfer all ownership or permit unrelated commercial exploitation. You must have the rights needed to share the contribution.
7. Public and private interactions
Check the audience before publishing or messaging. Other users may copy public content or retain messages they receive. Do not post another person’s private information without a legitimate basis. Removal from our systems cannot guarantee erasure of independent copies outside our control.
Report abusive content through available tools or support with a link, identifier and relevant facts. Good-faith criticism and an unconfirmed good-faith report are not violations in themselves. Deliberately false reports, fabricated evidence and coordinated abuse can be examined under the community rules.
8. Purchases and third-party services
A paid purchase is subject to the offer, checkout information, seller’s terms and applicable refund rules. A virtual item generally provides a right to use it within the relevant service rather than ownership of the software or an investment redeemable for money. The offer and Agreements describe any restrictions.
Third-party sign-in, payment, distribution or communication services have their own terms and responsibilities. Their involvement does not remove FORCEFORE’s obligations for its own conduct or for a sale for which it is the seller. Contact the appropriate seller or platform identified on the receipt for transaction-specific remedies.
9. Moderation and restrictions
Depending on seriousness, repetition and risk, a breach can lead to a warning, correction request, content removal, limited functionality, temporary suspension or termination. Urgent threats or serious abuse can require immediate action without a fixed sequence of warnings. Measures must be proportionate and based on the relevant facts.
You may request review through https://forcefore.com/support, identifying the decision and relevant evidence. Where required, we provide reasons and information about available remedies. A community restriction does not automatically extinguish data rights, purchase remedies or access to a competent authority or court.
10. Ending use and changes to services
You may stop using a service and use the dedicated support section to request account or game-data deletion. Uninstalling or signing out does not itself delete server-held information. Necessary legal, security or dispute records may remain according to the privacy policy.
Changes to an ongoing digital service must meet applicable contractual and legal conditions, including required reasons, information, notice and remedies. A materially adverse change may provide termination or other rights. Closing or changing a service does not authorise us to disregard paid commitments or mandatory consumer protections.
11. Responsibility and applicable law
Each party is responsible according to applicable law. No clause excludes liability or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Availability statements do not replace statutory conformity duties or excuse unlawful conduct.
Belgian law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules, including those protecting consumers in their country of habitual residence where applicable. You can contact support to seek a resolution and retain access to competent dispute-resolution bodies and courts. A support exchange is not a waiver of legal remedies.
12. Updates and language
The published version and effective date identify the text. Material revisions are communicated through relevant official channels and any individual notices required. A revision does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier transaction, and optional new processing still requires its appropriate legal basis.
English is the source language and supported translations are provided where available. A pending translation is labelled rather than represented as a complete updated translation. Interpretation remains subject to mandatory consumer and language protections; a translation difference cannot remove a statutory right. Questions and accessibility difficulties can be sent to support.
