1. Who we are
FORCEFORE SRL (BE1002.643.270), Avenue de Maire 44, 7500 Tournai, Belgium, is the data controller for personal data processed via the FORCEFORE site and games.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account: email, username, password (hashed), preferred language, country.
- Profile: avatar, banner, biography, friends, posts.
- Billing & shipping (when buying): name, address, payment provider transaction ID.
- Game activity: play sessions, achievements, friends list, in-game purchases.
- Technical: IP address, browser, device, cookies (see below).
- Support: messages, attachments, ticket history.
3. Why we process this data (purposes & legal basis under GDPR)
- Provide the service you asked for (Art. 6.1.b contract).
- Comply with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c, e.g. accounting, child protection, DSA).
- Prevent fraud and abuse (Art. 6.1.f legitimate interest).
- Send service emails (Art. 6.1.b).
- Marketing emails only with your opt-in (Art. 6.1.a consent).
4. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open and up to 3 years after closure for legal traceability. Billing data: 7 years (Belgian accounting law). Support tickets: 3 years. Logs: 1 year max.
5. Recipients
We share data only with processors strictly required to deliver the service: hosting (EU), payment provider, anti-fraud/anti-cheat services, email delivery, identity verification provider. No data is sold.
6. International transfers
When a recipient is outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Security
Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm + per-account salt. Identity documents and sensitive uploads are encrypted at rest. 2FA is available.
11. Children
Minimum age 13. For users aged 13 to 15, parental consent is required where local law demands it.
12. Updates
Significant updates require your re-acceptance at next login.
