If you submit user content, you grant ForceFore SRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content.

6. Payments

Parent/Guardian Consent
- By using our services, you declare that you are at least 16 years old or have obtained the consent of your parents or legal guardians to make payments via our sites and games.

- Refund
- If a payment is made on our sites or games without the consent of parents or legal guardians and a refund request is submitted, ForceFore reserves the right to refuse the refund.
C. Order Processing

Custom Audiovisual and/or Graphic Services
- Orders for custom audiovisual and/or graphic services may be processed by FORCEFORE upon user validation. For an order to be considered validated, the user must pay a 25% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, the order cannot be canceled without charges. No item will be delivered until the total sum is paid.

Items Purchased in the FORCEFORE Shop
- For items purchased in the FORCEFORE shop, the order will be processed as soon as the user has paid the full order amount.

Order Cancellation
- If the user decides to cancel an order for custom audiovisual and/or graphic services, a compensation of 75% of the amount that would have normally been due must be paid. The 25% deposit is included in the 75%.

For items purchased in the FORCEFORE shop, once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

No item will be delivered until the total sum is paid.
7. Changes to TOS and Notification
ForceFore SRL reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. The changes will take effect upon publication on our website. However, we commit to informing you of changes in the following ways:
- We will send an email to the email address associated with your user account.
- We will display a notification on the login page of your user account.
- We will send a private message to your ForceFore account, if applicable.
8. Termination
ForceFore SRL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, in case of a violation of these TOS.
9. Applicable Law
These TOS are governed by the laws in force in your Country. Any dispute arising from these TOS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country.
