1. Scope
These rules apply to Gold Picker. They supplement the FORCEFORE platform Community Guidelines, which apply to all our services: they do not replace them and cannot derogate from them. Where they conflict, the platform guidelines prevail.
They apply to every player, in guest mode as well as with a FORCEFORE account.
2. Principle
Gold Picker currently permits play from age 3, subject to the applicable rating, access controls and parental involvement. Play fairly and treat other people respectfully. The rules apply to guest profiles as well as linked accounts.
3. Game integrity
Do not manipulate clients, clocks, purchases, advertisements, receipts or server requests; exploit defects; circumvent sanctions or limits; or use external bots, scripts, macros or auto-clickers for an unfair advantage. Built-in idle rewards and automation supplied by the game are allowed. Accessibility assistance is not prohibited merely because it assists input, provided it does not bypass game or security rules.
Report exploitable defects privately through https://forcefore.com/support. We may correct illegitimate gains and rankings and apply proportionate measures, while providing a way to contest mistakes. A legitimate payment dispute or refund request is not payment fraud.
4. Respectful conduct
Harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech, sexual or shocking content, impersonation, scams, unsolicited advertising and disclosure of another person’s private information are prohibited. These rules apply to names and every available communication feature.
5. Display name and identity
Your display name is visible to other players and to our team. It must not contain abusive, hateful, discriminatory or sexual language, impersonate anyone, or constitute advertising.
Where a display name breaches these rules, we favour a proportionate measure: we require you to change it. The offending name then stops being shown to other players, and you must choose a new, compliant name in order to continue playing. Repeated refusal, or circumvention of this measure, may lead to a heavier sanction.
6. Account
Your account is personal. The following are prohibited:
- sharing, lending, renting, selling or trading an account
- accessing another person's account, with or without their consent
- reselling currency, items or progress for real money or any other benefit.
You are responsible for the use made of your account. If you believe it has been compromised, contact support without delay.
7. Sanctions
Depending on the seriousness of the breach, its consequences and any prior record, we may:
- issue a warning
- remove illegitimately obtained gains
- require a change of display name
- restrict access to certain features of the Game
- temporarily suspend your access
- go as far as a permanent ban.
A sanction imposed on Gold Picker may, depending on its seriousness, be carried over to your FORCEFORE account and affect access to our other services, in accordance with the platform guidelines.
Payment fraud or a serious breach of security may result in an immediate permanent ban, without prior warning.
8. Appeals
Ask for review through https://forcefore.com/support, including your player identifier and relevant information. We review challenges and correct unjustified decisions. This support route does not exclude statutory complaints, certified dispute-settlement routes or access to a competent court.
9. Reporting
If you observe conduct contrary to these rules, report it to support. Reports are handled confidentially. A manifestly abusive report, or repeated reports made in bad faith, may themselves be sanctioned.
10. Younger players
The game access threshold and the age for a FORCEFORE account are different: Gold Picker is currently configured from age 3, while a FORCEFORE account requires age 13. Additional purchase or advertising restrictions may apply. Do not evade an age check; parents and guardians should supervise age-appropriate use and authorise purchases where required.
11. Changes
Updated rules identify their effective date and are announced through the game’s available notices and official text-capable accounts. They may require renewed acceptance. General FORCEFORE policy changes are announced by the FORCEFORE accounts; Gold Picker accounts announce changes to Gold Picker’s own documents.
12. Languages
English is the source text. Translations and interpretation remain subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable language requirements.
13. Technical errors and reward integrity
Passive rewards, offline production and automation provided within Gold Picker are authorised features. They differ from an external script, forged receipt or manipulated request designed to obtain an illegitimate benefit. Refusing an ad or disabling a permission is not misconduct.
Desynchronisation, a missing purchase, an incorrect date or conflicting saves do not automatically prove fraud. Report the facts with a player identifier and transaction reference where relevant. An inconsistent state can be corrected after review, taking legitimate gains, purchase rights and the ability to challenge mistakes into account.
14. Guests, evidence and young players
Rules apply to guest and linked profiles alike. Do not access another person’s profile or seek their save using only a display name. Support may request proportionate evidence to identify the correct profile. A shared device does not alone establish that all its users participated in abuse.
Send necessary reporting evidence privately. Do not publish addresses, precise ages, identity documents or access secrets, especially about children. A representative’s authority may need verification. Appeals and data-rights requests remain available after a sanction under applicable procedures and law.
