1. Seller and contractual documents
FORCEFORE SRL, BE1002.643.270, Avenue de Maire 44, 7500 Tournai, Belgium, can be contacted at https://forcefore.com/support or contact@forcefore.com. These terms govern transactions where FORCEFORE is identified as the seller, together with the product description, pre-payment information and order confirmation. Terms of use and a software licence describe permitted use.
For a purchase through a distributor or app store, check the contracting seller on the receipt. That seller’s payment, cancellation and refund procedures can govern the transaction. A third-party sale is not represented as a direct FORCEFORE sale. Mandatory rights remain enforceable against the responsible party.
2. Product information
The offer describes essential characteristics, price, physical or digital nature, options and relevant compatibility, access, duration and delivery conditions. An illustration does not replace contractual characteristics. Screen-related visual variation does not excuse an actual defect or misleading description.
Check platform, territory, language and technical requirements before ordering. Ask support if essential information is missing or contradictory. Correcting an error does not authorise us to impose a different product or higher price without the required agreement.
3. Capacity and customer information
You need the capacity or authorisation required by applicable law to make a purchase. Access to an account or game does not give a child general permission to spend money. Device and store purchase controls can assist representatives but do not replace professionals’ legal obligations.
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use only an authorised payment method. Report an address error promptly. Correction can depend on preparation or shipment status; any justified additional cost must be explained. An honest correction request is not itself evidence of fraud.
4. Prices, taxes and charges
The payable amount, currency, applicable taxes and known delivery charges are shown before paid confirmation. Optional extras must not be added through presumed consent. Currency conversion and bank charges may depend on your agreement with your financial institution.
Promotions apply according to their stated dates, eligible products and conditions. A later price change does not automatically change a concluded order. If an offer contains an obvious error, we explain the situation and apply the relevant law rather than charging a different amount without agreement.
5. Ordering and confirmation
The ordering process allows you to check items, quantities, options, details and amount before confirming an obligation to pay. The displayed information explains conclusion of the contract and any availability or payment-validation conditions. Visiting a page, adding an item to a basket or an unsuccessful payment attempt is not delivery.
Keep the confirmation and receipt on a durable medium. They identify the reference, items and amount. Report duplicates, missing confirmations or a difference between a debit and an order with useful references, without supplying full card data or secret codes.
6. Payment and security checks
Available payment methods are those offered at checkout. A provider can require authentication or a security check. FORCEFORE receives transaction-tracking information while the payment provider handles complete card details. A pending payment is not necessarily a finally received payment.
Fulfilment can be paused while an actual payment issue or concrete fraud indicator is checked. Checks must remain proportionate; a technical error or legitimate dispute is not automatically fraud. An order cancelled after payment must receive any legally required reimbursement and follow-up.
7. Delivery and digital supply
Delivery arrangements depend on the product and destination. If no other period was agreed, statutory consumer delivery rules apply. In case of delay, contact us to obtain information and exercise any applicable rights to performance, an additional period or termination.
Digital access may be supplied to an account, through the chosen platform or by the method described in the offer. An in-app purchase can require receipt validation before crediting an entitlement. If payment succeeded but the item is missing, provide the reference instead of repeatedly buying the same item to test delivery.
Risk in consumer goods transfers according to mandatory rules, including those concerning possession. A delivery signature or absence of an immediate reservation does not automatically remove legal guarantees. Personalised goods remain subject to conformity requirements even where personalisation excludes withdrawal.
8. Digital rights and updates
A digital purchase can provide a licence or use entitlement rather than ownership of intellectual property. Virtual items and currencies are used within the relevant service according to the offer. They are not financial investments or monetary claims redeemable at will.
Material platform, transfer or duration restrictions must be described. Updates necessary for conformity and security remain due under applicable law. Changes to a digital service supplied over time must respect statutory and contractual conditions, required information and any available remedies.
9. Withdrawal and guarantees
The detailed policy at https://forcefore.com/store-refund-policy distinguishes withdrawal, conformity problems, billing errors and voluntary gestures. For covered consumers, withdrawal is generally available for 14 days, with a starting point and exceptions determined by the contract type.
Immediate digital performance alone does not remove withdrawal. Where its loss is permitted, prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss and the required confirmation must be obtained. A clause in these terms does not replace the actions required at checkout.
Legal guarantees can provide supply, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination under their conditions. Consumed currency, expiry of a withdrawal period or an account sanction does not automatically extinguish every remedy. Refund handling depends on its legal ground and the seller or store’s role.
10. Support, liability and disputes
For a FORCEFORE order, contact support with the reference, date and issue. Necessary evidence can be requested without requiring abandonment of legal remedies. For a third-party sale, its channel may be needed to refund the payment; we can assist in checking supply.
Each party is responsible under applicable law. Liability and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact. External events are assessed by their actual effects and applicable force-majeure rules. Belgian law applies subject to mandatory consumer and jurisdiction protections. Competent dispute-resolution bodies and courts remain available. Later terms do not retrospectively rewrite an existing purchase.
