1. Scope and applicable documents

This EULA governs use of Gold Picker, published by FORCEFORE SRL. It explains the licence, saves, purchases and game-specific arrangements. Chapter 14 forms part of this EULA and describes data processing particular to Gold Picker.

FORCEFORE policies remain the common framework for accounts, games and services. This EULA and the game’s community rules supplement them for Gold Picker. Mandatory rights and consumer guarantees remain applicable. Accepting the licence or acknowledging data information is not consent to optional advertising.

2. Age and authorisation

The game’s configured access threshold is currently age 3. A FORCEFORE account requires age 13; younger eligible players use guest mode. Store ratings, parental authorisation requirements and additional feature limits remain applicable. A purchase by a minor requires the permission required by law and the store’s rules.

3. Licence granted

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the Game for private, non-commercial purposes, on devices you control.

The Game is licensed to you, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in the Game, its code, graphics, sounds, text, trade marks and every element comprising it.

4. Permitted use and restrictions

Do not alter clients, exploit defects, bypass security or payment checks, trade accounts or use external automation for an unfair advantage. Built-in idle production and game-provided automation are permitted. Accessibility assistance is allowed where it does not bypass game or security rules. Reverse engineering restrictions are subject to mandatory legal exceptions.

5. Guest profiles, accounts and saves

A guest profile can communicate with our servers and hold cloud progress. It is associated with a player and installation identifier, not an email account. Losing the installation or access credentials may make recovery impossible; contact support with your player identifier if needed. Linking a FORCEFORE account enables account-based access and may require choosing between an existing cloud save and the guest save. Read the choice before confirming: progress is not necessarily merged.

The linked account supplies the relevant identity and age information. Uninstalling does not delete server data. Account, game-only and guest-profile deletion can be requested through https://forcefore.com/support. Personal-data processing is explained in the FORCEFORE Privacy Policy.

6. Paid content and virtual currency

Purchases use the distribution platform and its applicable purchase and refund procedures. Virtual currencies and items are licensed for use within the game; they are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred outside authorised game functions. Any expiry must be disclosed when the item is offered. These restrictions do not remove statutory withdrawal, conformity, refund or payment-dispute rights.

The Miner Pass grants seasonal rewards according to the offer. If we discontinue a paid season early, the existing commitment to a pro rata refund for the remaining duration, or equivalent compensation at your choice where possible, remains. Mandatory remedies may provide additional rights.

7. Updates, balancing and supported play

We may change game features or balancing to maintain security, correct faults, preserve fairness or improve the service. Built-in idle production and game-provided automation are permitted; external automation or tampering that bypasses the rules is not. Where a modification adversely affects paid digital content beyond a minor impact, applicable information, termination and remedy rights remain available. Appropriate remedies are not limited to discretionary virtual compensation.

8. Duration, suspension and discontinuation

This agreement applies for as long as you use the Game.

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of this agreement or of the Community Rules, on the terms and according to the gradation set out therein.

Discontinuation of the Game. If we decide to permanently discontinue Gold Picker, we will inform you at least 90 days in advance through the available channels (in the Game, by email to accounts holding an address, and on our official pages). During that notice period, sales of paid content will cease. At the end of the notice period, the Game and the associated virtual items will cease to be accessible, without giving rise to any refund beyond what section 6 and applicable law provide.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Guarantees and liability

Operation depends on the device, network and necessary services. We do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of every error or compatibility with every device. These limitations do not remove conformity, security or required-update obligations.

Each party’s liability is assessed under applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory guarantees. Statutory conformity, price-reduction, termination and refund remedies remain where their conditions are met. Spending in the game is not a universal cap on every kind of damage.

10. Changes and player notices

A revised version states its effective date and is presented in the game for acceptance when needed. Players whose FORCEFORE account has an email address are also informed by email. Public announcements supplement rather than replace those notices. Applicable notice periods and legal remedies remain.

If you do not accept a revised licence, you may stop using the game. Refusal alone does not automatically refund all earlier spending, but mandatory rights and remedies for an adverse service change remain available. Changing the data chapter does not itself authorise a new optional purpose requiring consent.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, Tournai division, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction protecting consumers, who retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile where the law so provides.

12. Languages and mandatory rights

English is the source text and translations are provided for the supported languages. Any interpretation is subject to mandatory consumer protections and language requirements; a translation discrepancy cannot remove rights granted by applicable law.

14. Data protection in Gold Picker

14.1. Relationship to the common policies

This chapter is part of the Gold Picker EULA. It explains processing particular to this game and supplements the common FORCEFORE Privacy Policy at https://forcefore.com/privacy. It is not a separate privacy policy. The rights, security principles and controller contact in the common framework apply here too.

The controller is FORCEFORE SRL, BE1002.643.270, Avenue de Maire 44, 7500 Tournai, Belgium. Contact contact@forcefore.com or https://forcefore.com/support. Acknowledging this chapter is not consent to optional advertising. It covers guest and account-linked profiles. Features can differ by distribution platform, available services, choices and installed application; describing a feature does not mean that it is active for every player.

14.2. Player identity and profile

Gold Picker uses a player identifier and installation or device information needed to create and recognise a profile. It can record a display name, country, language and age information. A declared age can be converted into a birth year to apply relevant rules and settings.

A nickname or technical identifier remains personal data when it distinguishes a person or associates actions with them. Guest mode is therefore not described as anonymous. Avoid a display name containing a full name, address or someone else’s contact details. Identity and age information from a linked FORCEFORE account can determine or replace corresponding game-profile information; changing a local setting does not necessarily erase shared-account information. Ask for correction if needed.

14.3. Progress and operation

The service processes progress, resources and virtual currencies, inventory, upgrades, rewards, stages and results needed to operate Gold Picker. Relevant events support action validation, entitlement calculations, inventory consistency and prevention of repeated crediting.

Session information and dates support synchronisation, game-rule timing and investigation of inconsistencies. These purposes do not justify unrelated device access. Where comparison or ranking features are available, other players may see the display name and results shown by the feature. Payment details, login secrets and support evidence do not become public for that reason.

14.4. Guest profiles and saves

Guest mode uses a profile without an associated FORCEFORE account email. It can nevertheless communicate with our servers and save progress there. “Guest” does not mean “stored only on the phone” or “deleted when the game closes”. Local information can also support application operation.

Recovery depends on identifiers and evidence still available. Reinstallation, resetting or device loss can make recovery difficult or impossible; a display name alone does not guarantee ownership verification. Keep the player references the game lets you view and contact support after loss. Uninstalling can remove local files but does not request server-side deletion. The deletion section below describes that process.

14.5. FORCEFORE account linking

If you choose to link an account, the game profile is associated with that account for the relevant features and access. Where a guest save and an existing cloud save conflict, you may have to choose which to keep. Do not assume automatic merging: read the displayed choice before confirming and contact support about an error.

Linking does not reveal your email, evidence documents or all FORCEFORE information to other players. It does not bypass the account’s age requirements. Resolving a save conflict determines which progress to use; it is not permission to publish account information.

14.6. Purchases and evidence

The distribution platform handles a purchase payment under its terms. Gold Picker and our services can process product identifiers, transaction or order references, receipts or validation tokens, platform, date and status to verify purchases and grant content.

These records also help restore entitlements, avoid duplicate crediting, correct errors and handle refunds, and may be linked to the profile receiving content. The game does not need a complete card number to validate a store purchase. Removing refunded content does not require erasing every transaction record: legal accounting duties and disputes may justify limited retention. The seller’s information and the common refund policy explain responsibilities.

14.7. Optional advertising

Where Gold Picker offers advertising, displaying it can involve requests to an advertising provider. The provider can receive an IP address, device, application and network information, impression and interaction events, and identifiers permitted by applicable settings and rules. Contextual or non-personalised ads can still involve personal data; they are not described as wholly anonymous.

A rewarded ad can generate an event verifying that reward conditions were met and preventing repeated crediting. Refusal of an optional ad prevents its dependent reward, rather than ordinary play. Other available purchases and ways to obtain content remain governed by the actual offers.

Where a privacy setting offers ad activation, you can revisit the available choice there. Feature age restrictions must be respected. Where a function is restricted to identified adults, an unknown age is not proof of adulthood. A website cookie choice does not replace a choice requested in the game.

We do not authorise behavioural advertising directed at children. Accepting the EULA, creating a profile, acknowledging this chapter or granting an operating-system permission does not replace additional consent legally required. Limiting personalisation does not necessarily stop all technical data from being transmitted to a function actually used.

14.8. Game providers

Gold Picker functions can use distribution-platform services, including Google Play for purchases and related operations. Distributed applications can contain Google components, including Firebase for its relevant functions and Google AdMob for advertising functions using it. Some advertising functions use Unity LevelPlay and the partners enabled for that function.

Actual data received depends on the service used, platform, permissions and choices. The presence of a library alone does not establish that all its analytics or advertising functions are active. Conversely, limited personalisation does not mean that a provider processes no data.

Provider information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Providers can act on our instructions or independently for their own store, security or service activities. The common framework explains other recipient categories and international-transfer safeguards. A materially different provider or purpose requires appropriate information and, where necessary, consent; this chapter is not unlimited permission to add partners.

14.9. Notifications and local storage

A local notification is scheduled on the device. Scheduling it does not by itself send its content to an advertising provider. Remote notifications can use a delivery token and a platform notification service. The token routes a message to an installation and can be personal data.

Use available application settings and device permissions to change notification choices. Refusal can prevent a reminder without authorising marketing through another channel. Necessary account notifications and optional messages can serve different purposes.

The game can store preferences, session information, resumption data and evidence of choices locally. Removing them can reset the interface or disrupt access to a guest profile. It does not guarantee erasure of server copies or records held independently by a distribution platform.

14.10. Technical data, security and support

Game-service requests can produce connection and error logs, dates, IP addresses, technical client information and diagnostic events. They support operation, fault investigation, purchase or reward fraud prevention and progress-consistency checks.

Comparing game or transaction events can reveal an inconsistency, but a technical anomaly alone is not proof of intentional fraud. Decisions and corrections should reflect seriousness and can be challenged through support and applicable legal routes. Support messages, screenshots and attachments may reveal additional information: limit them to what is relevant, redact unrelated third-party details and never send login secrets.

14.11. Purposes and bases

Data objectively necessary to provide play, the requested save, chosen account link or purchase validation supports the requested service or pre-contractual steps where the contractual basis is valid. Information required by a legal duty relies on that duty.

Security, abuse investigation and evidence for disputes can rely on legitimate interests subject to necessity, proportionality and balancing, including children’s interests. Optional functions requiring consent use a separate withdrawable choice. Launching the game is not blanket consent. Parental authorisation and other safeguards must be respected where required; game eligibility does not authorise unrestricted advertising use of a child’s data.

14.12. Retention

Profiles, progress and entitlements remain while needed for the requested save or service, subject to deletion, anonymisation or a separate obligation. Inactivity is neither an immediate erasure request nor a promise of permanent storage.

Technical records follow their operational and security purposes. Shared-account periods in the common policy concern that account; they are not presented as a single verified retention period for every game record. Transaction evidence can remain for applicable accounting obligations. Necessary evidence for an open investigation or dispute may be kept with restricted access. Backup copies can delay complete technical erasure without authorising a new use.

14.13. Deletion and rights

Use the dedicated account and game-data deletion section at https://forcefore.com/support. Specify a full FORCEFORE-account request, Gold Picker-only request or unlinked guest profile. Give the player references needed to locate the record without revealing secrets. Game-only deletion can preserve the common account and other games, subject to necessary dependencies explained during handling.

Staff verify ownership proportionately, examine categories and legal exceptions, then handle the request. Form submission is not instant erasure. Uninstalling does not initiate this process. Common access, correction, objection, restriction and other applicable rights remain available through support or contact@forcefore.com. Under the GDPR a response is normally due within one month; a permitted extension is explained within that period. Complaints can be addressed to the Belgian or another competent supervisory authority.

14.14. Children and representatives

The configured Gold Picker access threshold is three years. A FORCEFORE account requires age 13, so eligible younger players use guest mode. Store classification, parental authorisation and restrictions on particular functions are separate requirements.

Representatives should supervise age-appropriate use, check purchase and device controls and provide any required authorisation. Do not bypass an age gate with a fictitious adult age. Correcting age information can change feature eligibility. A representative can contact support about a child’s data; we may verify authority and request scope. This chapter does not promise an unavailable parental dashboard.

14.15. Protection and changes

Data is protected by the common FORCEFORE measures and feature-specific mechanisms, including restricted access, relevant exchange verification, protected files and incident review. Protect your device and references used to access a profile. Absolute security is not promised.

The EULA version and effective date apply to this chapter. Material changes to data, purposes or providers require updated information and appropriate notices. Gold Picker accounts announce its own Agreements; FORCEFORE accounts announce common policies. Public posts supplement necessary in-service and individual notices rather than replacing them.
